Jail Roster

The Clay County Detention Center is located in Liberty and has a maximum capacity of 380 inmates. The average daily inmate population is 250-300. Captain Paul Norris is the Commander of the detention center.

Video visitation is available onsite at the jail. Visitation is first come, first served. Each inmate is allowed one visitation per day. Inmates are assigned visitation days based on their housing assignment.
